Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy
The Consumer Defense Code guarantees a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, including coverage for manufacturing defects and product flaws. If it is not possible to repair the product, the consumer has the option to decide whether to use the credit as part of the payment for another product of greater value or to choose one of the options provided in the first paragraph of article 18 of the Consumer Defense Code.
This policy does not include products that have been modified, adjusted, or refurbished by third parties.
Damages to products resulting from improper use, drops, and accidents of any nature are excluded from this policy.
Exchange and Return
- Exchange:
The period to request a product exchange is 07 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of delivery. The consumer must contact us by email: contacto@easybagoficial.com, or by phone. Easybag's operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays.
Products can only be exchanged in case of manufacturing defect or defect in their materials and other parts.
Exchanges can only be made once.
For product exchange, it must be delivered in its original packaging, in perfect condition, without signs of use, and accompanied by the invoice.
No exchanges will be made for products that have been modified, adjusted, or refurbished by third parties, altering the original product in any way.
No exchanges will be allowed for products purchased on promotion.
- Return:

In case of return, the refund may take up to two billing cycles to be correctly credited, the deadline being the responsibility of the consumer's card issuer.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
- We at Easybag, like many other e-commerce/online stores, work with the Post Office, which is another company. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to your package once it is dispatched, only through the tracking code.
Therefore, we ask for understanding in case of any unforeseen circumstances during your shipment, as, as stated, we do not control the Post Office's deadlines. In any case, we are 100% willing to resolve possible problems in the best way possible, do not worry, we do not want you to be harmed.
